At Artisan Made Designs we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade items. Our attention to detail in construction, design and material is unwavering; and so is our commitment to our customers satisfaction.
Products We Sell
We are a small business and we build most of our products at the time of the order. This means it could take up to 4 to 6 weeks before we can ship your order.
Design Fees:
All custom projects start with the design phase. Depending on the type of project there may be a design fee to start the design phase this price varies depending on the type of design we are doing. At the end of the design phase you will be given drawings of the project, if you move forward to the build phase of a project the design fee will be removed from the total bill at the project completion.
Returns:
Please note that refunds are only issued within 30 days of delivery and proof of purchase is required. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise.
When returning an item, please email info@artisanmadedesigns.com with your order number and further instructions will be given to you. We ask that you pack your return securely and retain your shipping receipt for your records. Once we receive your return, the refund will be issued assuming there are no damages to the product.
Canceling/Returning Custom Furniture Orders:
Furniture orders are put on the build schedule immediately upon order and specific wood orders are placed in advance to have the furniture built to your specifications. They can be cancelled, changed, or returned within 30 days of purchase. A 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed. Orders Canceled before 30 days will be subject to a penalty of 10% and 40% will be refunded Furniture orders cancelled after the 30 days and before time of delivery deposit is non-refundable.
Custom engraved, stenciled, personalized Orders
All Sales are final on custom engraved, Stenciled, or personalized orders. If your order was damaged we will work on getting a replacement for you. You will be required to ship the defective product back.
Final Sales & Clearance Items:
Clearance items purchased are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Pricing:
All prices online are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change.

Artisan Made Designs is committed to respecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party if requested. In addition, when you place an order with Artisan Made Designs your personal information and credit card information are safe. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.
What information does Artisan Made Designs collect?
When making a purchase through our Site, we collect your name, billing address, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information, in order to process your order. Therefore when you visit our Site to place subsequent orders we can save you time by providing your previous account information for you. Once we have collected an email address, we send our weekly email newsletter informing you of news and our special product offers. You are welcome to visit our Site without providing any of this information; however, we are unable to process an order or send a newsletter without the requested information.
We use cookies, which is a feature of your browser used to assign identification to your computer. The unique user ID contained within your cookie automatically identifies your computer – but not you – to our servers every time you visit our site. Cookies by themselves cannot be used to find out the identity of any user, but may be correlated with identity information in our log files. How does Artisan Made Designs use the data it collects?
We use the Data collected from you primarily to process and fulfill your orders, to notify you of the status of your orders, to send our weekly e-mail newsletter, or to send you targeted marketing information, special product offers, or other information that we believe might interest you. In every such e-mail, we will have instructions on how to unsubscribe and avoid receiving any future e-mails from us.

We may contact you by e-mail to respond to customer service questions you have submitted, or to address a problem affecting your use of the Site, or to send you a confirmation message upon completion of the account registration process.
How Is Your Information Protected?
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All orders are transmitted over secure Internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. All of your personal information including your credit card information and sign-in password are stored in encrypted format at all times. This Website, and more importantly all user information, is further protected by a multi-layer firewall based security system.
